We work with natural ingridients and everything is created from scratch, we do not add any preservatives, coloring or quimicals. All ingridiends are described in each product.
Since we don't use any preservatibes or quimicals, our bread can go bad in about a week, you can extend the time by sealing the bread in a air tight container and / or put it on the redrigirator.

There is nothing like a warm bread, we recoment you to heat the bread in a oven, we use a prehead temperature of 270 degrees for about 2 minutes. Please don't use a high temperature or too much time; we would not want you to overdry the bread and have it not be the experience we are hopping for.
